Upon request, a full and detailed inspection can be carried out on a property with regard to any of the following items; timber infestation, fungal decay, rising dampness and ancillary remedial works and also tanking and remedial wall ties. The survey is normally free* within an area of a 50-mile radius, followed by a detailed report of our findings and estimates, within a few days.
Hyltreat undertakes work in the counties of Essex and Suffolk.
Upon acceptance of our estimate, a fully qualified operative or team will complete the contract within a mutually agreed time scale. Other aspects of work can also be undertaken if required, i.e. plumbing, electrical work, roofing repairs by a team of local qualified tradesmen. This is in order to provide a complete service and avoids the necessity for the Client having to engage additional contractors or tradesmen. As well as being responsible for the initial survey, Bob is on hand to supervise works and liaise with the Client over any potential problems.
At the end of the contract, Hyltreat provides a 30-year guarantee against either insect infestation and/or rising dampness to the areas treated. For additional peace of mind, an additional 30-year insurance bonded guarantee can be issued for a fee of 5% of the total contract price.
